We would also like to thank you for you dedication. Even though our visit was over a holiday weekend, you spent the entire Saturday with us, as we wanted to see a substantial number of properties. Once we had regrouped that evening and decided on specific properties of interest, you were willing to meet with us again on Sunday to draw up the offers.

In short, we believe your competence in your field combined with your style and dedication was critical in our accomplishing our objectives in one short trip. You really made the trip very pleasant and productive for us.

While accomplishing the above demonstrated your knowledge of the local community, the available real estate opportunities, and our investment philosophy and needs, there is another critical component. Past experience has shown us that too many realtors are focused on getting a sale rather than understanding the interests and different needs of each prospective buyer. Your style was one that made explaining our interests and needs very easy. We did not feel pressured. We did not feel like a sales target.
